What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, a contact message, a trade registration or a job application, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the organisation you represent, delivery or billing details where you supply them, and the content of your message.
We also collect limited technical information needed to run the website securely, and — only where you have accepted optional cookies — aggregate information about how the site is used.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange dispatch, respond to an after-delivery issue, or consider a job application. Enquiries are recorded in our internal system so that a message is answered by the right person and is not lost.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Consent
Every form on this website asks you to confirm, before it is submitted, that we may store your enquiry and contact you about it. The box is never ticked for you.
You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us at the address below. Withdrawing consent does not affect a consignment already in progress, where we still need your details to complete it.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by WILD NUTRITIOUS staff handling your enquiry, and by the transporter carrying your consignment where delivery details must be shared to deliver it.
We share information with a public authority only where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and the correspondence attached to them are retained while there is an active business relationship, and afterwards for as long as tax, GST and other statutory record-keeping obligations require.
Job applications and the documents attached to them are retained for the duration of the recruitment process and a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working — remembering your language and your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
Optional cookies help us understand how the site is used. They load only after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner.
Your rights and how to reach us
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it.
