This policy is in draft and awaiting final approval by WILD NUTRITIOUS before launch.
What this covers
This policy covers shortages, transit damage and quality issues found on receipt of a consignment supplied by WILD NUTRITIOUS.
Because supply is arranged directly between you and our team rather than through an online checkout, a return is agreed with the team handling your consignment, not raised through this website.
Reporting window
Fresh mushrooms are perishable and must be checked on delivery. Report any shortage or quality issue with a fresh consignment on the day of receipt.
For canned and dried products, report shortages and transit damage within 48 hours of receipt, and any other quality issue within seven days, quoting the batch code on the outer pack.
What we need from you
Photographs of the consignment as received, including the outer packaging and the batch code, together with the invoice or dispatch reference.
Keep the affected goods and their packaging until the matter is settled. We may ask to inspect them, or to have them returned by the transporter who delivered them.
How it is resolved
Where a claim is accepted, we replace the affected quantity in a subsequent dispatch or issue a credit against your next consignment, whichever you prefer.
Replacements are subject to availability and harvest schedule; where a replacement cannot be dispatched within a reasonable period, a credit is issued instead.
This website takes no payment, so no refund is ever processed through it. Credits and settlements are handled offline by our accounts team.
What is not covered
Deterioration caused by storage or handling after delivery, including breaks in cold chain once a fresh consignment has been accepted; and normal variation in size, colour and grade within the specification quoted.
Consignments collected from the unit are checked and accepted at the point of collection.
