Our story
WILD NUTRITIOUS began in Balaghat with oyster mushrooms grown in small mud rooms — bamboo racks, hand-mixed substrate, and harvests carried to the local market the same morning. What the mud rooms taught was discipline: mushrooms reward the grower who controls moisture, hygiene and timing, and punish everyone else.
We didn't scale the farm. We scaled the discipline.
That discipline now runs a structured production and processing unit at Gram Mangejhari: climate-controlled growing rooms, an in-house spawn lab, canning and drying lines, and documented quality systems certified to four ISO standards. Fresh, canned and dried mushrooms leave the same campus where they are grown.
Cultivation follows organic-focused principles with quality-controlled inputs, and every batch traces back to a room, a substrate lot and a harvest date.

Where we are going
Our vision is to become Asia's largest and most trusted mushroom cultivation and processing unit. That is an ambition we are working towards — more growing rooms, more formats, and more growers in the spawn supply and buy-back programme — not a description of where we stand today.
