Dispatch windows
Fresh mushrooms are harvested to order and dispatched the same day for local routes, and within 24 hours for outstation consignments. Canned and dried products dispatch within the working days agreed at the time of quotation acceptance.
Dispatch confirmations are sent by email and WhatsApp with the transporter's details and, where available, a tracking reference.
Packaging & cold chain
Fresh consignments travel in ventilated crates. Insulated or refrigerated transport is arranged on request and charged at cost.
Canned and dried products ship in export-grade cartons with batch coding on the outer pack, so a consignment can be traced back to its production lot.

Freight & charges
Freight is quoted separately from product value and depends on quantity, destination and the transport mode required. Where a consignment needs cold chain, that cost is stated in the quotation before dispatch.
Delivery areas start with Balaghat, Waraseoni and nearby Madhya Pradesh, extending to the Jabalpur division and major Madhya Pradesh markets. Dispatch to Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and other states is arranged subject to quantity, cold chain and feasibility.
Delays & force majeure
Mushroom cultivation is a biological process and dispatch depends on harvest. Where a harvest falls short or a consignment is delayed, we contact you before the agreed dispatch date with a revised schedule.
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, transport disruption, strikes, or restrictions imposed by a public authority. In such cases we will agree a revised date or, where you prefer, cancel the pending consignment.
